Are Body Pains And Fatigue Normal During The Recovery Process Of Typhoid?

I was recently in Mexico and tested positive for salmonella typhus, para typhis and Proteus OX19 I was violently ill, vomiting and dirreha for 24 hrs. Went to the hospital where I was diagnosed and pumped full of antibiotic levofloxacino, fluids. That was 3 weeks ago and my gastroenteritis is okay but I m suffering body pain low back, hips, legs and fatigue easily. Is this common and will it go away?
