At A Young Elite Athlete Of 16 Years, On Regular

At a young elite athlete of 16 years, on regular annual control on exercise treadmil stress test the next report was noticed „Before, during and after the effort, the boundary ST depression and negative T waves in inferior outflows (II, III, and AVF leads) are reflected. No rhythm disturbances and hemodial changes are observed.”
Further diagnostics and magnetic resonance of the heart are indicated.
Is this finding on a stress test in young athletes necessarily indicative of some ischemic heart disease or can it be a benign thing?

thank in advance
