Issues: woke up room spinning. Vomited ,after taking diovan ,fluids, no breakfast at that time. Went to sleep then mid noon BP 134/84 n ate some porridge, then a few minutes vomitted it, no acid smell . Around this time feeling nauseous. What do I need to do?
