Base line Normal ECG, No angina developed during TMT exercise, Duke treadmil score 0.42 indicates Moderate risk for cardiovascular death, Adequate blood pressure response of patient to exercise,fair exercise tolerance of 7.00METS.,good chronotropic response seen [THR achieved = 90% MAPHR],Up loading ST segment depression of > 1mm developed in leads 11,111,aVF IN STAGE 2 OF EXERCISE. Heart rate recovery in 1 minute => 155 bpm - 101 bpm = 54 bpm

The above is my wife's age 49 TMT test report . Kindly advise how serious is this and what further curative action is to be taken. Thanks
