Been Taking Lisinopril 5 Mgfor 4 Years. Am 77 Yrs

Been taking lisinopril 5 mgfor 4 years. Am 77 yrs old male. Recently 4 mo ago, due to drinking, BP increased dramatically (185/110) and dr increased dosage to 20 mg. BP dropped after 1-2 wks (and stopped drinking totally). Am down to 10 mg lisinopril daily, and BP normal. Am also taking wellbutrin (increases BP). MY PROBLEM: have been feeling unusually tired and no energy lately, even before increased dosage. QUESTION: My wife is on accupril 10 mg daily--controls her BP, and has no tiredness or lack of energy problems. Everything else being equal, and without a medical examination, would it help to switch to accupril, to help with the tiredness/no energy side effect?
