Beginning Yesterday A.m., I Have Had Chest Pain, Upper Back

Beginning yesterday a.m., I have had chest pain, upper back pain (left side), and upper left-arm pain. I went to Urgent Care. EKG was normal, heart enzymes normal. Had chest X-ray and apparently there was a suggestion of early bacterial pneumonia. I have not been sick with any type of cold symptoms for a year. (I am complying with a short course of 500/250 mg Azithromycin.) HOWEVER, I have also had a recent (two weeks ago) return of frequent, unexplained dizziness (first presented 9 months ago when I did the whole neurologist, ENT, neuro-ophthamologist routine, etc.) My current dizziness is when I look up, bend down to reach something, or initially close my eyes in bed. I don't know if any of this is related. I also have a couple of unrelated ( I think) medical conditions. I am female, 64 years, and work part-time teaching college classes.
