Can I safely switch from Cilacar M 10/50 (a banned drug in India) to Revalol XL 50mg. I was taking one tablet Cilacar M 10/50, after dinner, for the last seven months - for hypertension, which was reasonably under control. Besides, Cilacar M 10/50, I was also taking, one tablet daily, each of Azto Gold 10 mg. Cilacar T, and on alternate day, one tablet each of Indicontin and a cap. Cardioplus, besides a sachet of D-Rise fortnightly.
