Can Medication For Yeast Infection Cause False Positive In Drug Test?

yes im on probation i take a 8 panel drug screen every month, i been passing every drug test for a year.. i have not smoke any weed.. last month i tested postive. i had a yeast infection and i took azo, ibprofen, advil ,midol, and i work out everyday so i try different protein drinks.. please tell me something might have triggered a false postive..due to my life is on the line.. i havent did any drugs
