Can Normal Activities Be Carried Out While Suffering With Pneumonia?

i am a 63 yr old female with copd which iam controlling with advair and soon to simbicort. i have pneumonia in lower left lung lobe i am taking levaquin 750mg and predisone 50mg, i didn t ask what type of pneumonia i have, no temp, don;t really feel bad, can i still do my normal activities such as shopping,housework?
