Can the Hep A & B vaccines cause ascites or a similar condition? Since last December 2017, I've gained 30 pounds, always feel full, have swollen hands and legs/feet, shortness of breath, and no matter how much I watch my intake of food or exercise (when the fatigue allows me to) cannot lose weight.
