Cholangiocarcinoma Suspected Cancer With Very Enlarged Gallbladder With No "hard"

Cholangiocarcinoma Suspected Cancer with very enlarged gallbladder with no "hard" but many "soft" stones and suspected infection source. Liver biopsy will be done far away from duct to help determine type and source for treatment options though surgery to remove all liver cancer not possible. Age 61 male non drug user, not diabetic, average health, excercise regularly, with controlled High BP. Was feeling tired and lost about 8 lbs last month with some nausea, and some loose stools. No pain before doctor pushed on my right side (liver). Without agressive chemo treatments, how much time? Are transplants possible for cancer patients?
