Chronic Iron Deficient Anemic, Blood Transfusion In Nov. 2017, Feb.

Chronic iron deficient anemic, blood transfusion in Nov. 2017, Feb. 2018 and received 2 units of O blood on April 18, 2018, I am A positive. My hemoglobin in Nov. was a 7, in Feb. hemoglobin was a 5 and iron was 15.
April, hemoglobin a 6 and iron <10, started 5 day iron infusion today, April 30,2018. My hemoglobin is up to a 10, however since blood transfusion an 18th, I have felt weak and nausea, never had this problem with other transfusions, don't know what the problem is. Could it be the low iron? I also have Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3 and IBS, these do contribute to my anemia. But usually after getting my blood up to a 10, I feel great and I feel really weak doing anything, I can't breath, elevated heart rate. What could it be?
