Could An Anemic Cyst, While Not Common In A 2

Could an anemic cyst, while not common in a 2 yr. old Mex- Am. , cause an ALP level over 3000? He is excessively active, non-icteric, and does'nt, limp or appear to have bone pain. I plan on seeing him in the a.m. and run a few more tests. I'm home so I don't have his chart, but I believe his bili, liver enzymes, were WNL. I will check if they ran renal function and U/A. This high level just came in on routine physical labs.. Thanks, D. Elliott M.D.
