Could Head Congestion, Fever, Clogged Ears And Pain In Neck Indicate Meningitis?

Hi. I started with some cold symptoms yesterday...today they seem to have gotten a bit worse. Lots of head congestion, slight fever, ears are very clogged...and now left side of my neck suddenly has pain, out of nowhere. I do not have a high fever, nausea or vomitting. Should I be worried about meningitis? Thank you, Tracy
