Could Intermittent Vaginal Bleeding Be Due To Pinched Nerve On The Back?

I I am 58 years old, and noticed yesterday when going to the bathroom, that I was bleeding. As the day went on the bleeding became very light. Today I still have some, but very light. I have noticed this one other time, a few months ago. I have no pain or burning or cramping. The only thing I have been dealing with is a pinched nerve in my back for several months. I have been going to a Chiropractor, and she has helped relieve most of the pain. Could this be caused from the pinched nerve, or is it something else that I should be concerned about? I look forward to your response. Thank you for your help.
