Could Muscle And Joint Pains Along With Fatigue Be The Symptoms Of HIV?
Dear Doctor,
This is Somen 28 years male from Bangladesh.I had protected vaginal sex with a prostitiute on 29th october.I did deep kissing,fingering etc.After finishing the sex I checked the condom and it was intact.So,I did not have much tension about it.But after 5 weeks all symptoms come together muscle ache and joint pain,rash on both arms,extreme fatigue,nausea,white tongue,sore throat,chest pain.Now I am very scared.I am convinced myself that I am 100 percent positive.In Bangladesh hiv+ =death sentence because social stigma is very deep here.I am losing my mind.What are chances of me become negative?Have you seen any patient infected with proper condom usage?
