Could Numbness In Taste Buds Along With Diarrhoea Be Due To Multivitamin Supplements?

Should I stop taking lamisil and multivitamin- minerals, vitamin D and E , iron and calcium and magnesium? I was taking lamisil for 70 days and two weeks ago added the above mentioned pills due to my training for ultra marathon. A week ago, I noticed changes in my taste : sweet does not taste sweet, salt does not taste salty. Moreover, I got diarrhea on Tuesday , saw the doctor yesterday and the doc diagnosed it as gastroenteritis. Thank you so much for taking your time to answer my questions.
