Could Vertigo And Vomiting Be The Cause For Sensitivity In Eyes?

In the past six months I have been experiencing several Vertigo incidents which entailed vomiting for about 2 hrs. each. In the last three months I noticed that I became extremely sensitive to light, where I have to wear sunglasses and a hat even inside my house, I cannot look at a light directly. My eyes get extremely tired after using the computer or looking at my cell phone. My Vertigo has subsided, but my eye sensitivity has not. I recently went to see an Opthamologist, and after examining my eyes he said that he could not find anything wrong with my eyes, there is a slight beginning of cataract but it s too slight to consider that an issue. He had no answers for me as to why I am still so light sensitive. Could my Vertigo episodes and vomiting have caused some damage that the Opthamologist did not see? I need some answers, and I am bewildered as to why I am still light sensitive and my eyes get very tired when I read, or write or look at the computer screen. I have been lubricating my eyes and using cold packs on them, and that relieves them. Any ideas as to why I am experiencing this?
