Dear Doctor, MRI scan reveals that bilateral periventricular, deep & subcortical white matter T2W & FLAIR hyperintense foci-small vessel ischemic changes(Fazeka's score:I). When i visited a doctor to check for my sleep apnoea issue, he cleared it as it is normal as observed thru somnologist test & endoscopy test on nasal & throat. He has doubt about Vitamin-D deficiency & neurological disorder, accordingly tests done. Vitamin-D(25Hydroxyl) results 19.04ng/ml. I am prone to breathlessness from the past 40years(from the age of 12years), now a am 54years. Some timses i struggle very hard to get back respiration. I am not diabetic or high BP, normal 58kg weight with 5'4"height. Pure vegetarian.
Para thyroid hormone(PTH) results 71.4pg/ml. Kindly suggest how to go further.
