on 18th Dec, platelet count was 1.51000/cumm ,and sgot 77 sgpt 151 and dengue positive 27.3,leptospiral negative 3.8. onon 21st platelet count was 1.77000/cumm ,sgot 114 sgpt 188. yesterday tested and platelet count has increased to 2.89000/cumm. is the increased value of sgot and sgpt are related to decreased platelet count or dengue positive.if not what are the treatment and precautions taken.kindly enlighten me.
