Dear Dr. Meyer, I Had A Chalazion Incision And Cutterage

Dear Dr. Meyer,

I had a chalazion incision and cutterage exactly a week ago (25th April). The swelling and pain have gone, but I still have a small lump as if it was never drained. Does this mean that it was not done properly? I had chalazion removal last June, as well, by a different doctor, and nothing remained there then. It completely vanished after a week already. Does this mean that I have to have another surgery or does this mean something else?
