Dear Dr, Today I Have Done My Ultra Sound Scanning.

Dear Dr, today i have done my ultra sound scanning. The report shows GA 36 weeks, fetal weight 2802 grams, Fetal cardiac activity 132BPM, placenta showing grade 3 maturity ending well away from the internal OS, and liquor volime is just adequate. When can i expect my delivery and any problem in the report. Please do answer to my questions.
