Dear Doctor. I'm Am Irish Woman With Fybromyalgia And In

Dear doctor. I'm am Irish woman with Fybromyalgia and in August, whilst in Canberra, Australia, I was bitten or stung by something. Initially, the only evidence was a hive about an inch in size which faded after about 3 days. However, on the 4th or 5th day after the bite, I began having feeling boiling hot then immediately afterwards I would be absolutely freezing. I'm waiting on the results of blood cultures and chest xrays but I have worse than usual pain all over and even my bones seem to hurt. I'm hardly able to move around as the symptoms of the Fybromyalgia have intensified since the bite/sting. What could it be & what may I have caught?
