Diabetic, Age 68, Male, Taking Lantus 20 Units In Morning

Diabetic, Age 68, male, Taking Lantus 20 units in morning 15 units before bed. Shivering started an hour ago. Blood sugar after taking some candy (2 tblsp and a Tablespoon of honey) after 10 minutes blood sugar was 223 do not hypoglycemia. I take finasteride 5mg, pravastatin 20mg, lisinopril 2.5mg, and melatonin 3mg all at bed time.
