Do Dizziness And Back Pain After Missed Dose Of Birth Control Pill Suggest Pregnancy?

Hi. I am 19 years old and don t believe in sex before marriage. I m on birth control but have about 3 weeks left of it before I have a period. I usually don t make it the full three months without cramps, discharge or even starting my period. About a week ago, I started cramping. 5 days ago, a guy and I were messing around and we had genital to genital contact. No sex. I take my birth control at night and accidentally forgot it that night but took it very early the next morning. I also noticed a little spotting in my underwear that morning. Today, I had green stool. I m very scared I could be pregnant. I have had no other symptoms such as dizziness, back pains, throwing up, ect. I have been very worried that I could be pregnant and I don t know who to talk to. Should I be worries? What should I do?
