Does Alcohol Intake Would Have Triggered The Presence Of Eustachian Tube Dysfunction?

I have been diagnosed with Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. About 15 years ago I had a few episodes of bulimia. And, about 10 years ago, I had an alcohol problem, resulting in frequent episodes of vomiting. To what degree could the vomiting, self-induced and due to alcohol, have contributed to my Eustachian Tube Dysfunction?
