Does Excessive Intake Of Vitamins During Pregnancy Harm The Child?

For the first two weeks of pregnancy, I have been taking my regular multivitamin, which contains 5000 IU of vitamin A. I also have been consuming a lot of dairy products like kefir, cream cheese, and greek yogurt, which all contain vitamin A as well... Did this ruin the baby? And do I need to stay away from eating too many dairy products while pregnant? To clarify just how much dairy I would be eating, I really love dates, cream cheese, and jalapenos together, and sometimes even end up eating a whole block of cream cheese in a day! A block of cream cheese can mean 8,800 IU of vitamin A, and if I took a multivitamin in the same day I ate that much cream cheese, it would amount to 13,800 IU of vitamin A in one day... This only happened once within the past two weeks, but I also once had a whole bottle of kefir in a day, which amounts to 2000 extra IU of vitamin A. I read an article that says that consuming more than 20000 IU within the first three months of pregnancy can increase the likelihood of malformations four times, and that vitamin A can be stored up from before pregnancy, and harm the baby. I m scared to death that the way I have already eaten and the vitamins I have already taken have harmed my baby...
