Does Physical Therapy Help In Relieving The Pain In Knees And Shoulders?

Hi Doctor. I am a 49 year old female with lupus, ra, diabetes, hbp, peripheral neuropathy and chf. I suffer with s verse pain in both knees, not feet, lower back and left shoulder. I take voltaren, janumet, insulin, divan htc, norvasc, aspirin, cymbalta, plaquenill. I replaced flexeril with tramadol/apap. im also in my 3rd week of physical therapy. However, I m still in a great deal of pain with difficulty standing, walking and rising from a seated or lying down position. What else can I do or take to get relief of this pain, if anything and is any of my meds counteracting with each other? If possible, can you tell me how much physical therapy will I need to feel a difference?
