Does The CBC Results Indicate Chances Of Leukemia?

My youngest son was diagnosed with ALL (T cell) a year and a half ago and is now in the maintenance phase of his treatment. Today, I took my older son (9 years old) to his pediatrician for treatment of flu symptoms. What concerns me is he has petechiae on his arm and his gums have been bleeding lately. However, his CBC today showed that his WBC was 6.3, Lymphocyte 23.7, RDW 12.5, and Platelets 159. The results are in the normal range. Does that mean that we not be concerned about leukemia in our older son?
