Does Walking Cause Sinus Problems And Head Congestion?

I have severe allergies including ragweed, dust, perfume and so on...I take allergy meds along with ADVAIR on a daily basis...I use a nebulizer from time to time due to heaviness and shortness of breath....
I got the flu shot in the fall, as I have the last 5 years and every winter since the flu shot, I haven't had any sinus infections or needed antibiotics..which in the past, I've used several a winter....about a month ago, head congestion increased and over the last few days, my nose and ears, sinus cavities are totally clogged.. I'm a walker and often walk around 3-5 pm...could the damp, cool temperatures, along with inconsistent temps be a culprit? When I woke up yesterday, I felt so bad, I swear I had the flu....beat up feeling, congested, when I coughed it burned, malaise.....my question is really about my allergies...is my late afternoon walking causing my sinus problems, ie. Head congestion.?
