Dr., I Have Been In Pain For Nearly 2 Wks.

Dr., I have been in pain for nearly 2 wks. w. a terrible sore throat/very painful to swalow, swollen glands, mild ear aches, sore lumps on the roof of my mouth, painful choking cough/twice this wk. coughing up phlegm. Feel horrible. To add insult to injury I may have a UTD. Could I have strep?
