ENT Doctor, Placed A Camera Up My Nose, And Down

ENT doctor, placed a camera up my nose, and down the back of my throat, in November last year, as it felt like something was stuck (like a pill)
He informed me, that the muscles were "tight" and said I have something called globus.. But had some acid in the throat..
He didn't prescribe me with anything, but went back to my GP and was placed on some medication to reduce the amount of acid reflux..
Baring in mind previous doctor placed me on tablets in August and September, nothing worked, now different doctor gave me meds, and still.. Nothing's worked..
Lately I've been getting really tight throat, and upper back pain, and sometimes pain after I've eaten food..
I'm still waiting to hear back from hospital regarding doctors referral to gastoroigist but that was over 6-7 weeks ago, I was also diagnosed with cholesteatoma in January after three years of chorionic ear problem, awaiting MRI results, due to constant head pain, headaches, dizziness, and lightheaded ness..

Please can someone help me??
