Every Morning(all Year Long, Worse In The Winter) The Backs

Every morning(all year long, worse in the winter) the backs of my arms (elbows and tricep) are ice cold. They usually warm up after a little bit however it's one of the first areas on my body, outside of hands and feet, to get cold. It doesn't matter how many layers I'm wearing.
I'm a 30 year old male at 5'6" and roughly 125lbs, yes, very thin and hardly no meat on my arms.
Anything I should get checked out or is this just because I'm thin and no fat, little muscle to keep my arms warm?
