Every now and then, I can make a very slight move, emphasis on slight, and I'll get a sharp pain in my upper back, near my shoulder blade. If I stay perfectly still it's fine, but turning my body or head causes a sharp pain. It will last 2-3 days, then go away. This will happen, maybe once every 2 months.
