FINDINGS: The ventricles, sulci and basal cisterns are normal. There is no intracranial hemorrhage, extraaxial collection, mass effect or mass lesion. There are no areas of abnormal signal intensity within the brain.
The cerebellum and brainstem outline normally. The sella turcica and craniocervical junction are unremarkable.
The orbits are unremarkable. Bilateral chronic maxillary sinusitis noted.
IMPRESSION: No abnormal intracerebral signal intensity, restricted diffusion, mass effect, infarct or abnormal vascular flow void demonstrated. What does this mean?
