For About A Year Now, There Has Been A Small

For about a year now, there has been a small (dime size) lump under the skin in my upper thigh. It becomes tender and has a dull achy pain from time to time. Some days it aches so much I have to stop everything and massage and try to rub out the pain. It runs along my upper thigh all the way to my knee, even lower leg hurts when it is full out irritated. Lately I found another bump along my outer thigh, long like a pencil, at times I can not even have jeans rub on my leg it hurts. My cat jumped into my lap the other day and it set off great pain. Dull aches. No signs of any redness, just bumps under the skin that HURTS. Any ideas?????
