For One Month I've Had A Cough, Nothing Comes Up

For one month I've had a cough, nothing comes up ,esp at night .I am getting weaker <sometimes its hard just sitting up. There is some congestion. I am shaky, fatigued, starting having headaches when I ly down ,confusion, chills in the first 3 weeks, get out of breath easily, can do a little work in the house then must go to bed, left chest area feels tight ,full, a bad feeling in chest left side, congested, some pain upper and lower part of chest ,coughing makes me feel worse, And I just feel really bad physically.
