For The Past Several Weeks I've Been Experiencing Dizziness, Hot

For the past several weeks I've been experiencing dizziness, hot flashes, for the past few days its progressed more freq, w also diarrhea, lower back pain, lower abdominal pain, nausea. Not pregnant. I'm a 38 yr old female. I'm just wondering if I need to get checked out and what the possibilities are. And no I ain't the type of person that looks for things wrong. I'm just getting concerned
