For Years I Suffer From High Blood Pressure. I Am

For years I suffer from high blood pressure. I am 75 years old. I cannot take ace inhibitors or beta blockers. In the last year I have developed vertigo. The naturopath I go to has me on potassium/magnesium, snake root, thytrophin, plus, I take vitamin c, b12, an d, on a daily basis. We live in Alaska, where there is little sun at this time of year. I have a continul pressure in the back of my head on the left side. I have had neck adjustments for it, but it doesn't go away. I've tried all the maneuvers I can find for the vertigo. What do you suggest?
