Good Afternoon. When A Man Has Pain (He Thinks It

Good afternoon. When a man has pain (He thinks it is his bladder, but not sure), if he does not have other symptoms, such as urge to urinate, or frequent urination, what can be the cause? Web MD says Prostate Cancer, UTI, or Bladder cancer, but he has none of the other symptoms of those three conditions. Only dull pain that come and goes. He had it for a full day yesterday, but nothing today. Could it be his intestines and not his bladder?
