Good Day! My Question Is If My Liver Is Possibly

Good day! My question is if my liver is possibly shutting down due to excessive drinking from the the time I was 12 years old until just recently ( 1 month ). I am 45 years old andI am worried. I have seen blood in the stool and on the tissue (about 2 table spoons ) just today. I have family members that have had colon cancer. ( uncle, dad, and my grandparents. I realize I should go see a Doctor, however I do not have the funds now and would appreciate your opinion.
