Good Evening. I Have A Gallbladder With A 6% EF

Good evening. I have a gallbladder with a 6% EF and no stones. the endoscopy showed mild inflammation, no growth or ulcers, and the esophageal flap (?) was leaking bile. I have been having severe abdominal pain in episodes, not attributed to fatty food, but have been nauseous and have been vomiting almost every day for well over 6 months.
I also have Common Variable Immune Disorder, Myasthenia Gravis and chronic Pericarditis which has been well treated with IVIG for the past 8 months. Prior to the IVIG, I had been taking Indocin daily for 8 years and Mestinon. I have been able to remove the Indocin. Should I have the gallbladder removed?
