Good Morning, I Am Very Concerned... I'm Not Quit Sure

Good morning, I am very concerned... I'm not quit sure whats going on with me..... giving a little feed back of whats going on with me... I was put on birth control by OBGYN last month in November, to try and regulate my cycle..... My November cycle was great it came and went... however, I forgot to re-due my perception for the birth control, I was okay for the first couple of weeks however starting Dec 5th... I began to spot... light blood it continued to be light and still is, but now Dec 12th... I have blood clots and a little heavier bleeding cand one of yo tell me whats going on... like right now i'm crapping..
