Good Morning Doctor, My Querry Is About Motion Related. I

Good morning doctor, my querry is about motion related. I find it difficult to pass stool on a daily basis. I usually pass motion every three or four days once and not naturally. I had to put laxative to ease myself as my body gets very weak. I have referred to pharmacist and tried various supplements, probiotics, consume more greeneries and minimum 3 liters of water daily. Despite this my body still feels hot and I am not sure if it is related to my motion problem. I am a female, age 26, not married.
