HI My Tests Results Were All Extremely Above The High

HI my tests results were all extremely above the high limits my urine wbc is 5-10 , squamous epithelical cells are 3-5, trace of urine leukocyte esterase , anion gap is 11, ABSOLUTE MONOCYTE COUNT .9, ABSOLUTE NEUTROPHILS 7.8, Lymphocytes ( only one thats low its 27 ) mvp 12.9, hgb 14.3, WBC x 10*3 was 12.3 .. I am a little scared,, these are all well above normal...
