Hai , I Am 38 Years Old. I Just Got

Hai , i am 38 years old. i just got a fresh embryo transfer on September and test result was negative. i have 3 frozen embryos. i am now in pain on ovaries and i went to Dr she sent me on sonar , they found cysts on both side 42 mm and other 36mm. now i am afraid to go for the frozen ones because the cysts might affect and the pain is too much special morning time. please advise anything you can according to my situation.
