Hallo Doctor, I Am A Boy Age 30, From Mumbai.

Hallo doctor, I am a boy age 30, from mumbai. Last 4-5 month, I am suffering one problem. The problem is related to my penis area. Suddenly some red spots come on my penis internal skin area, and outer skin got swelled. I have gone through blood test for diabetes and urine analysis twice, but both reports came normal evry time. I am now worried, because doctors are saying they are also not getting getting why the red spot coming on my penis skin, and outer skin got swelled. Pls help. My email id: YYYY@YYYY
