Healthy Woman. Walk At Least Ten Miles Per Week. I

Healthy woman. Walk at least ten miles per week. I eat healthy meals, organic vegetables and fruit. Little meat. No unhealthy drinks. Once or twice a month a glass of red wine. Active family and friends time. Take micardis and levbid for syncope. Two days ago both hands suddenly became stiff and hurt. Next evening , very suddenly both hands swollen , joints hurt with pain. Shoulders, neck, elbows, knees all very painful. Better this morning exception: back ache and hands still swollen and difficult to grasp, use for routine tasks. Left ear has been ringing off and on for several weeks, thinking medicine side effect. No cold but funny nose, with usual sinus congestion. Now hurts to raise arms. My glands definitely seem to feel swollen. New and sudden symptoms.
