Hello Doctor:
I am 31 years old, and from last 2006 i am infected with UTI, i got treatment but after one year it again appear, now recently i got my test and another thing appears in Ultrasound is i am infected with Cystitits & high UTI, my spleen is enlarged, prostates is 28g, with 40 x 34 x 39 mm size.
I feel continue pain in my bladder and on its right side below where Appendix exist not in appendix but below of it i feel pain, i feel pain in urination, unable to ejaculate properly, when i pass urine after urine, many drops of white colors somewhat like creamy type

please advice me
