Hello Doctor, I Have A Slight Swelling On Both Sides

Hello Doctor, I have a slight swelling on both sides of my pelvis bones and is uncomfortable when I rub that area. I can feel a swelling asmi move my hands up and down the sides. I also saw a small wound like like a cold sore on the tip of my penis. Could they be connected ?
